7 YKVN Partners Recognised in Asia Business Law Journal’s Vietnam A-List 2025

YKVN is pleased to announce that seven of our partners have been recognized in Asia Business Law Journal’s A-List of Vietnam’s Top 100 Lawyers (2025). 

The annual A-List ranking is the result of extensive research and nominations from in-house counsel in Vietnam and globally, as well as partners at international law firms. It identifies practitioners who demonstrate technical excellence, deep local knowledge, and an ability to navigate Vietnam’s unique market dynamics.

A highlight of this year’s results is the inclusion of three YKVN partners among the 12 “Legal Icons” featured in the 2025 list. YKVN holds the highest number of “Legal Icon” distinctions of any firm in Vietnam.

According to Asia Business Law Journal, the “Legal Icon” category is reserved for:

“…the luminaries of Vietnam’s legal profession; the titans who command the respect of clients and juniors alike; the mentors who lead Vietnam’s most admired law firms and/or legal teams, and who are the country’s most prolific rainmakers.”

In the editorial report accompanying the A-List, Senior Partner K. Minh Dang received significant praise for his four decades of legal leadership. Duc Tuu Ngo, Senior Legal Counsel at Archer Daniels Midland, described Mr. Minh as the “dean of Vietnamese lawyers around the globe,” noting:

“Minh maintains a very active practice in complex international arbitrations and corporate matters, and continues to inspire generations of Vietnamese lawyers by his example and thought leadership.”

This individual recognition follows a milestone year for the firm. YKVN was recently named the 2025 Vietnam Law Firm of the Year by Asia Business Law Journal, marking our sixth “Vietnam Law Firm of the Year” title from major legal publications this year.
