YKVN Partner Nguyen (Wynn) Do Selected to the SIAC Panel of Arbitrators

YKVN is pleased to announce that Nguyen (Wynn) Do, Partner and Head of the firm’s International Arbitration practice, has been selected to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Panel of Arbitrators.

Nguyen joins partners Minh Dang, Luu Tien Dzung, and Truong Trong Nghia on the SIAC Panel. YKVN now accounts for four of the seven Vietnamese practitioners on the SIAC main list.

Based in Singapore and dually admitted in Vietnam and Washington State (U.S.), Nguyen brings nearly 20 years of experience as counsel and arbitrator in the construction, energy, and international trade sectors. A regional authority on FIDIC standards and Editor-in-Chief of its Vietnamese editions, he regularly handles complex disputes under SIAC, VIAC, and ICC rules. Nguyen is highly regarded for his ability to navigate the intersection of civil and common law systems in high-stakes cross-border arbitrations.

This appointment brings YKVN’s representation on the SIAC main list to four partners, placing it on par with the firm’s four-partner bench at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC): Truong Nhat Quang, Luu Tien Dzung, Truong Trong Nghia, and Nguyen (Wynn) Do.
