YKVN advised VPBank on successful closing of USD 1.5 billion investment from SMBC

YKVN advised Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank) on issuing shares to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC).

As a strategic investor, SMBC acquired the shares through a private placement representing 15% of VPBank’s charter capital, valued at USD 1.5 billion.
