YKVN Advised Long Chau Investment on Inaugural Private‑equity Fundraise from Creador

YKVN acted as Vietnamese lead counsel to Long Chau Investment JSC in its first institutional capital raising – a two‑tranche transaction with Malaysia‑based private‑equity firm Creador that comprises a primary subscription and a secondary share sale for an aggregate stake of up to 13 per cent.

Partners Nguyen Van Hai and Ho Anh Tuyet led the YKVN team, supported by Senior Associates Ha Nguyen Nhat Minh and Lanh Dang Thu Nga.

Long Chau Investment, a subsidiary of FPT Digital Retail JSC, has demonstrated remarkable growth, expanding its nationwide network to become the only profitable pharmacy chain with branches in all 63 provinces. The investment will enable the company to further develop its digital‑health platform and expand preventive‑care services, while giving Creador a second foothold in the fast‑growing healthcare market in Vietnam.
