SK Group extends the put option for its long-term investment in Masan Group

Regular outside counsel team, YKVN and Milbank, successfully advised Masan Group (MSN) on extending SK Group’s put option exercise date with MSN by up to five years.  In addition to the put option extension, YKVN also advised MSN on the acquisition of an additional 7.1% stake in WinCommerce (WCM) from SK Group for US$200 million, strengthening MSN’s control over its consumer-retail platform.
