YKVN Partner Pham Minh Thang appointed to Young SIAC Committee (YSIAC)

It is our pleasure to announce that YKVN Partner Pham Minh Thang has recently been appointed to the new Young SIAC Committee (YSIAC).

Among the new 40 YSIAC committee members of 2021-year term, Thang is the first and only Vietnamese lawyer.

Commenting on the new committee, Ms. Lim Seok Hui, CEO of SIAC, said, “I am delighted to welcome a set of talented, dynamic and resourceful individuals from all over the world to the YSIAC Committee…”

After YKVN partner K. Minh Dang nomination at SIAC in 2019 (first partner of a Vietnamese law firm to join the SIAC Court of Arbitration),  this appointment is an immense source of pride for YKVN as it also recognizes the significant growth of our firm’s international arbitration practice with its focus on complex disputes.

About Pham Minh Thang

Thang Pham is a YKVN partner based in Singapore. Dual-qualified in Vietnam and California, he has more than fourteen years of experience in corporate M&A and international arbitration.

Thang is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association (2013) and the California Bar Association (2017). He is well recognized for his work in high-profile energy corporate and arbitration matters, capital markets, M&A and venture capital transactions.
