YKVN new partner promotions

YKVN is pleased to announce the promotion of three new partners, Nguyen Huong Giang in Hanoi office and Ho Thi Anh Tuyet & Vu Thi Mai Tram in Ho Chi Minh City office.

New partners 

Nguyen Huong Giang (Hanoi office)

Nguyen Huong Giang is based in our Hanoi office and specializes in projects and infrastructure, as well as M&A, with a focus on government contracts, EPC, and regulatory matters. Giang regularly advises project developers, lenders, contractors, and other stakeholders in infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy sector. She has worked on several landmark financings in Vietnam, including the international and domestic financings of the Nhon Trach 3 & 4 LNG-to-power Project and the international financing of the Long An LNG-to-power Project. Giang’s promotion further strengthens our project development and project finance capabilities.

Giang graduated from the VNU University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Faculty of Law in 1996, and is a member of the Hanoi Bar. Prior to joining YKVN, she practiced at an international law firm.

Ho Thi Anh Tuyet (Ho Chi Minh City office)

Ho Thi Anh Tuyet is based in our Ho Chi Minh City office and has been with YKVN since graduating from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Law. Her practice focuses on M&A and capital markets transactions, as well as general corporate, commercial, and investment matters. Tuyet has been involved in several high-profile M&A deals and capital market transactions, including Alibaba & BPEA’s investment in The Crown X (Vietnam’s largest retail company), Bain Capital’s US$200 million investment in Masan Group and VinFast’s U.S. listing on NASDAQ. Her promotion enhances our bench strength in M&A and capital markets.

Tuyet graduated with an LLB from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Law in 2008 and is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar.

Vu Thi Mai Tram (Ho Chi Minh City office)

Vu Thi Mai Tram is also based in our Ho Chi Minh City office and has been with YKVN since graduating from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Law. Tram focuses her practice on complex corporate, M&A, and banking matters. Notable transactions she has recently advised on include the joint venture between Geleximco Group JSC and Chery in the EV industry, the transfer of GS E&C’s gypsum business, and various private credit transactions with PE funds. Her promotion further strengthens our corporate, M&A, PE and banking expertise.

Tram graduated with an LLB from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Law in 2008 and is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar.
