YKVN advised Maybank Securities Limited (Vietnam), as arranger of Tecomen Holding JSC’s VND 200 billion debut bond issuance, guaranteed by CGIF, a credit guarantee facility of the Asian Development Bank. Tecomen, founded in 2006, is a large Vietnamese manufacturer of water purification equipment and home appliances with famous brands such as Karofi, Korihome,…
