YKVN advised Geleximco on joint venture with Omoda & Jaecoo

YKVN advised Geleximco Group on its establishment of a joint venture with Omoda & Jaecoo, a subsidiary of Chinese automaker Chery Automobile. The partnership will see the construction of a new energy vehicle factory in Thai Binh, Vietnam.

Partner Le Thi Loc led the YKVN team, with the support of Counsel Vu Mai Tram, and Senior Associate Nguyen Cam Phuon.
