- Advised a PRC-based e-commerce service provider in its acquisition of a significant stake in a Vietnamese e-commerce startup;
- Advised a Singapore investment fund on its investments in one of Vietnam’s tech unicorns, specializing in online games, social networking, and e-commerce;
- Advised a Singapore-headquartered capital management firm on its investment and divestment in a chain of ophthalmology and general hospitals;
- Advised a regional super-app company on its multi-billion SPAC merger and NASDAQ listing in relation to its Vietnamese business operations;
- Advised a VN30 company on various M&A transactions in Vietnam including the acquisition of a credit-risk assessment company and investment of a leading private investment firm;
- Advised a Japanese electric utilities provider on its acquisition of a significant stake in a Vietnamese market-leading renewable energy firm.

- Advised several Singapore-based investment funds on the acquisition of industrial properties;
- Advised a Singapore-based real estate developer on various regulatory matters with respect to real estate businesses in Vietnam.

- Advised Lazada Vietnam on various regulatory matters with respect to the daily operation of e-commerce activities establishment in Vietnam;
- Advised 1688.com, Facebook, Bunge, Standard Chartered, and JCB on regulatory matters with respect to data privacy in Vietnam;
- Advised Cathay Pacific Airways on regulatory and compliance rules in Vietnam;
- Advised RMIT on its restructuring and other corporate matters;
- Advised a private Vietnamese education operator on its cooperation with US universities to establish new high schools in Dong Nai Province;
- Advised a Japanese-based steel trading firm and a Singapore-based eye lenses distributor on issues related to customs procedures;
