YKVN is proud to support the Ho Chi Minh City International Construction Arbitration Conference 2026, and in the light of Vietnam’s newly adopted Construction Law 2025, our firm will moderate a side event on Comparative Perspectives on Construction Disputes: International Practice and Vietnamese Law.
This session will bring together experienced practitioners from multiple jurisdictions to examine how key contractual concepts are understood and applied internationally, and how they may operate in the context of construction disputes involving Vietnamese projects.
