YKVN Awarded Vietnam M&A 2020 Law Firm of Year
YKVN was awarded Law Firm of the Year (Best 2019-2020 M&A Advisor Category) at the annual Vietnam M&A Forum 2020 event on November 24, 2020 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
It is the second year in a row YKVN is honored by the M&A Forum.
Two deals in which our firm was involved were also elected as the best investment and M&A deals in the 2019 – 2020 period:
- The acquisition of Vinmart from Vingroup by Masan Group; and
- KKR and Temasek investment in Vinhomes.
These new achievements confirm YKVN’s market-leading position in Vietnam’s M&A ecosystem.
