YKVN and Kim & Chang Give Joint Seminar on Vietnam Construction Law in Seoul

YKVN and best Korean friend, Kim & Chang, conducted several joint seminars in Seoul to advise major Korean construction companies on Vietnamese construction law and disputes. The seminars, held over the course of three days at Kim & Chang’s offices and at client’s sites, were well-attended by high-level executives, in-house counsel, contract negotiators, and contract and claim managers from some of the leading construction firms in Korea. The issues covered include the interplay between FIDIC contracts and Vietnamese laws, recent developments in Vietnamese construction law, international arbitration for Vietnam-related matters, and other legal and practical issues facing Korean contractors in Vietnam.
