YKVN advised Techcom Securities (TCBS) on landmark IPO and HoSE listing

YKVN acted as issuer’s counsel to Techcom Securities JSC (TCBS) on its initial public offering and listing on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) under ticker TCX.

On 21 October 2025, more than 2.3 billion TCX shares commenced trading on HoSE at a reference price of VND 46,800 per share, implying an initial market capitalization of approximately VND 108 trillion.

The IPO comprised up to 231.15 million new shares at VND 46,800 per share, raising approximately VND 10.8 trillion.

The transaction was led by Partner Ho Anh Tuyet, with support from Senior Associates Tran Ngoc Ha, Le Huynh Nhat Minh and Duong Phuong Thanh.
