Former Clifford Chance Korea Managing Partner Hyun Kim Joins YKVN

YKVN is pleased to announce Hyun Kim will join YKVN as partner, effective as of 19 August 2019.

Hyun will be based in YKVN’s Singapore office. This strategic hire reaffirms YKVN’s commitment to broaden its international bench strength and deepen its cross-border expertise.

Hyun is a US lawyer specialized in capital markets and cross border M&A. He joined Clifford Chance in 2009 in Hong Kong, became partner in 2011 and Korea managing partner in 2012 when the firm launched its Korean practice in Seoul. Previously, Hyun practised at Davis Polk & Wardwell, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
