Summary
This revised edition covers key legal changes, including the Enterprise Law 2020, the Investment Law 2020, the Securities Law 2019, and the 2017 amendments to the Penal Code 2015. The book analyzes new court precedents, judgments and decisions issued since the original publication in 2016. In particular, they include appeal and cassation judgments of the courts in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City and the Supreme People’s Court.
Divided into five parts and twenty chapters, the book focuses on the two most common forms of business enterprises in Vietnam: Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and Joint Stock Companies (JSCs).
