Acting as Vietnamese counsel to Swire Beverages Holdings in its acquisition of Coca-Cola bottlers in Vietnam and Cambodia

Working with Slaughter & May, YKVN is acting as Vietnamese counsel to Swire Beverages Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of Swire Pacific Limited, in its USD 1,015 million acquisition of Coca-Cola bottlers in Vietnam and Cambodia.

This transaction is part of Swire Pacific Group’s beverage expansion into Southeast Asia (Vietnam and Cambodia). The deal includes three bottling plants in Vietnam (and one in Cambodia).
