YKVN advises Masan Group on US$750 million senior unsecured syndicated loan facility

YKVN advises Masan Group Corporation (“Masan”) on its US$ 750 million offshore senior unsecured syndicated loan facility from 15 international banks.
The transaction represents Masan’s transition from secured to senior unsecured funding and marks the largest syndicated loan facility raised by a Vietnamese privately owned enterprise. It also extends Masan’s US dollar debt maturity profile and supports the group’s continued deleveraging and long-term access to international capital.
The YKVN team is led by Partners Truong Nhat Quang and Ho Anh Tuyet, with support from Senior Associates Le Huynh Nhat Minh and Duong Phuong Thanh.
