Truong Quoc Bao is a Senior Associate at YKVN’s Hanoi office and has been with the firm since 2015. His practice focuses on cross-border transactions in the aviation industry, banking and finance, and dispute resolution. He advises both domestic and international clients on aircraft financing, leasing, and acquisitions, as well as on airport operations and management (O&M) projects. He also has extensive experience in dispute resolution, including advising banks on non-performing loan recovery and representing clients in complex commercial disputes before Vietnamese courts and arbitral tribunals.

- Advised foreign financial institutions and aircraft leasing companies on aircraft acquisition, registration, lease, and aircraft repossession;
- Advised and represented HSBC Vietnam on several civil lawsuits totally valued at $35 million and a criminal case regarding its borrowers’ fraud crime; and
- Advised and represented a leading water supplier corporation on an arbitration case valued $100 million.
