New Partners

Nguyen Ngoc Bich Tram: tram.nguyen@ykvn-law.com

Tram joined YKVN in 2006. She is based in Ho Chi Minh City. Her practice focuses on corporate M&A (especially in real estate, pharmaceutical business-distribution), and capital markets. She also provides advice on education, corporate, investment and commercial matters to multinational and local companies.

Hang has joined YKVN Ho Chi Minh City’s office for more than 11 years. Her practice focuses on private equity, M&A transactions, banking and finance, and corporate matters. She regularly advises foreign and Vietnamese investors on the purchase and sale of shares in listed and unlisted companies.

Nguyen Van Hai: hai.nguyen@ykvn-law.com

Hai has over 10 years of experience in corporate, energy and capital markets. He has in-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese capital markets and energy sectors and the general legal landscape of Vietnam. His current main areas of practice are capital markets and finance transactions and other corporate transactional and advisory matters.
