YKVN: Continued Excellence in Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Rankings 2026

Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific 2026 has once again reaffirmed YKVN’s position as Vietnam’s leading dispute resolution practice, with Tier 1 rankings across multiple practice areas and individual recognition for six of the firm’s lawyers.

In Vietnam, YKVN holds Tier 1 rankings in Commercial & Transactions, Energy & Construction, and International Arbitration (the only firm in the country to achieve Tier 1 in International Arbitration).

This year’s edition also introduces a new White-collar Crime category, in which YKVN has been recognised at the highest tier, reflecting the growing breadth of the firm’s dispute resolution capabilities.

Beyond Vietnam, Benchmark Litigation’s Singapore rankings recognize YKVN as the only Vietnamese law firm ranked in International Arbitration, a distinction that underscores the firm’s active presence in cross-border disputes across the region.

At the individual level, six YKVN Partners are named Litigation Stars: Minh Dang, Truong Trong Nghia, Luu Tien Dzung, Nguyen (Wynn) Do, Pham Minh Thang and Nguyen Hong Ha.
