YKVN Advised CapitaLand Development Vietnam on its Acquisition of Residential Project in Ciputra Hanoi International City

YKVN advised CapitaLand Development Vietnam (CLD) on its acquisition of a commercial housing project and the project land use rights within Ciputra Hanoi International City.
The acquired project will be developed into Maison Privée, CapitaLand Development’s latest luxury residential development in Hanoi, with a projected total gross development value of approximately US$ 450 million. Maison Privée is targeted to be the first project in Vietnam to achieve WELL for Residential Pre-Certification, an early-stage assessment recognizing that the project’s design places residents’ health and well-being at the center of the built environment.
The YKVN team was led by Partner Vu Dzung, with support from Counsels Tran Nhat Quang and Huynh Thong and Senior Associate Pham Linh Chi.
