YKVN Partner Luu Tien Dzung Appointed to the “Advisory Council on Precedents” of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam

YKVN is proud to announce the appointment of our esteemed partner, Luu Tien Dzung, to the “Advisory Council on Precedents” (Hội đồng tư vấn án lệ). The council was established by Chief Justice Le Minh Tri under Decision 440/QĐ-TANDTC on 22 November 2024. 

This recognition reflects Dzung’s exceptional contributions to the development of case law in Vietnam, notably through his acclaimed publications, Cases and Commentaries on Precedents (Vol. 1 and Vol. 2). 

The Council is charged with providing detailed views and recommendations to the Judicial Council of the Supreme People’s Court (consisting of all Justices of the Court) on cases to be considered for designation as binding precedents. 

This achievement underscores YKVN’s distinctive commitment to delivering exceptional legal services while actively contributing to the development of Vietnamese law.
