YKVN advised Phat Dat on its Equity Acquisition in Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem Project

YKVN advised Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (“PDR”) on its acquisition of a 35% equity interest in Lotte Properties HCMC Co., Ltd., in connection with the Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem project.

The acquisition forms part of PDR’s broader investment and participation in the development of Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem. Located in Thu Thiem New Urban Area in Ho Chi Minh City, the project is a large-scale mixed-use urban development with an estimated total investment of approximately VND 60 trillion (US$ 2.3 billion), comprising residential, commercial, office, hospitality and public space components.

The YKVN team was led by Partners Truong Nhat Quang and Vu Mai Tram, with support from Senior Associate Ha Nguyen Nhat Minh and Associate Le Pham Viet Han.
