YKVN Advised Vingroup on SK Group’s USD 1 Billion Divestment

YKVN acted as counsel to Vingroup Joint Stock Company (“Vingroup”) in connection with the sale by SK Group (“SK”) of its US$ 1 billion stake in Vingroup.

The transaction is part of SK Group’s broader strategy to rebalance its portfolio and focus on core businesses amid a changing global investment landscape.
