YKVN Advised HDBank on its US$ 100 Million International Green Bonds

KVN advised Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HOSE: HDB) (“HDBank”) on its US$ 100 million international green bonds due 2028.
The issuance attracted significant investment from leading international finance institutions, including the International Finance Corporation (IFC), which subscribed to the initial US$ 50 million tranche, followed by the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank (FMO) and British International Investment (BII), who participated in the final tranche with US$ 30 million and US$ 20 million, respectively.
The proceeds are earmarked to finance projects with positive environmental impacts, such as solar energy, electric vehicles, green buildings, and energy-efficiency solutions, supporting Vietnam’s transition to a net-zero economy.
