YKVN Advised CMC Corporation (“CMC”) on its VND 1,250 Billion Bond Issuance

YKVN advised to CMC Corporation on its VND 1,250 billion bond issuance, guaranteed by Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (“CGIF”), a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank (“ADB”). 

Proceeds from the issuance will be allocated to the development of the CMC Creative Space Hanoi (“CCS Hanoi”) complex at the Starlake urban area in Hanoi.

This transaction marks CMC’s bond issuance and represents an important step in diversifying its long-term funding sources with the support of a multilateral credit guarantee.
