IFLR Awards 2025 Double Recognition: Vietnam National Law Firm and Deal of the Year – Restructuring (Novaland)

We are proud to announce that YKVN has been named National Law Firm of the Year (Vietnam). This marks the 13th time in 21 years that YKVN has received the prestigious National Law Firm of the Year award since it was first granted to a Vietnamese law firm.

In addition to this honor, YKVN advised No Va Land Investment Group Corporation (Novaland), one of the largest real estate developers in Vietnam, on its US$ 300 million financial restructuring, which secured the IFLR’s 2025 Deal of the Year – Restructuring award. Our work on Bain Capital’s US$ 200 million investment in Masan has also been shortlisted for IFLR’s Private Equity Deal of the Year.

Those achievements highlight YKVN’s excellent services on the occasion of its 25th anniversary.

The awards ceremony took place in Hong Kong on 16 April 2025.
