YKVN New Counsel & Senior Associate Promotions

We are pleased to announce the promotions of the following lawyers: Tran Ngoc Ha to Counsel, and Dang Quynh Trang and Leo Arman P. Galang to Senior Associate in our Ho Chi Minh City office.

Counsel Promotion:

Tran Ngoc Ha, a graduate of the University of Economics and Law in 2011, has been with YKVN since the beginning of her legal career. Her practice focuses on banking and finance, corporate matters, M&A transactions, and dispute resolution. She has advised numerous credit institutions on the implementation of banking products in Vietnam and has been involved in a range of M&A transactions, with particular experience in competition law and merger control filings.

Senior Associate Promotions

Dang Quynh Trang, a graduate of Hanoi Law University in 2012, previously worked at an international law firm and the legal arm of a Big Four firm before joining YKVN in 2024.  Her practice focuses on greenfield project development and financing, including refinery and petrochemical projects, BOT power plants, upstream oil and gas projects, and renewable energy projects.  She also regularly advises on corporate, foreign investment, and M&A matters.

Leo Arman P. Galang is a Philippine-qualified lawyer and a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University School of Law (2016). He began his career with two law firms in the Philippines and Myanmar and joined YKVN in 2022. He advises on corporate and M&A transactions, with experience in both private and public deals, as well as in litigation, intellectual property, and franchising.
