YKVN advised on asialaw Awards 2024 Impact Deal of the Year transaction

YKVN acted as Vietnamese counsel, alongside Latham Watkins, on VinFast’s U.S. listing on the Nasdaq, which has been awarded the 2024 Impact Deal of the Year by Asialaw.
