YKVN Partner Luu Tien Dzung was appointed to the “Advisory Council on Precedents” (Hội đồng tư vấn án lệ), established by Chief Justice Le Minh Tri of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam on 22 November 2024.
The Council is charged with providing detailed views and recommendations to the Judicial Council of the Supreme People’s Court (consisting of all Justices of the Court) on cases to be considered for designation as binding precedents.
