Relying on its substantial expertise and experience with other significant deals in the technology field, YKVN advised JD.com on complex regulatory and legal matters such as share subscription, foreign ownership limitation, forex control, rights of strategic shareholders, as well as other issues relating to the market entry by a foreign investor in a B2C e-commerce company.
