Ltd., a Singapore-based entity wholly owned by China\u2019s Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc., on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Imexpharm Corporation (HoSE: IMP), one of Vietnam\u2019s leading pharmaceutical companies.<\/div>\n<div data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"><\/div>\n<div data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">The transaction was implemented via a public tender offer, through which Lian SGP acquired a controlling stake in Imexpharm.<\/div>\n<div data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"><\/div>\n<div data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">According to public reports, the transaction is valued at approximately US$228 million.
