YKVN now accounts for four of the seven Vietnamese practitioners on the SIAC main list.<\/p>\n<p>Based in Singapore and dually admitted in Vietnam and Washington State (U.S.), Nguyen brings nearly 20 years of experience as counsel and arbitrator in the construction, energy, and international trade sectors. A regional authority on FIDIC standards and Editor-in-Chief of its Vietnamese editions, he regularly handles complex disputes under SIAC, VIAC, and ICC rules.
