Kim began her legal career at InvestConsult and went on to serve as Legal Counsel and Head of Compliance at Dragon Capital, during which she also held a board seat at Nui Phao Mining Joint Venture. Most recently, Kim held dual roles as Head of Legal and Head of Investment Banking at a domestic securities firm. Her breadth of experience across legal and financial matters will be a valuable asset to our firm and clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Senior Associate Promotions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ykvn-law.com\/lawyers\/truong-quoc-bao\/\">Truong Quoc Bao<\/a> (Hanoi office): With YKVN since 2015, Bao\u2019s practice focuses on cross-border transactions in the aviation industry, as well as banking, finance, and dispute resolution.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ykvn-law.com\/lawyers\/pham-linh-chi\/\">Pham Linh Chi<\/a> (Hanoi office): Chi joined YKVN in 2018 and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, development projects, banking, and project finance. She also advises clients on a broad range of general corporate matters.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ykvn-law.com\/lawyers\/dang-thi-thai-buu\/\">Dang Thi Thai Buu<\/a> (Ho Chi Minh office): Buu began her career with the legal arm of a Big Four firm and has been with YKVN since 2020.
