Partners Truong Nhat Quang<\/a> and Nguyen Van Hai<\/a> led the YKVN team, supported by Counsel Krissen Pillay<\/a> and Senior Associate Le Huynh Nhat Minh<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The transaction was arranged and co-financed by a consortium of leading global financial institutions, including Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), Standard Chartered Bank, MUFG, ANZ, Cathay United Bank, Commerzbank AG, CTBC Bank, Mashreq Bank, and State Bank of India.<\/p>\n

This milestone underscores VPBank’s commitment to sustainable finance and its expanding access to international capital markets. The facility is poised to support VPBank’s initiatives in green projects, women-led enterprises, and other socially responsible ventures.<\/p>\n
