YKVN remains the only Vietnamese firm ranked \u201cOutstanding\u201d for International Arbitration, and continues to hold Tier\u202f1 standings in Commercial\u202f&\u202fTransactions and Energy\u202f&\u202fConstruction.<\/p>\n

Adding to these achievements, Benchmark Litigation has, for the first time, ranked YKVN in Singapore – placing our International Arbitration practice in Tier\u202f3 among international firms operating from Singapore. This unprecedented recognition underscores YKVN\u2019s growing cross\u2011border footprint and marks the first occasion a Vietnamese law firm has been ranked outside its home jurisdiction.<\/p>\n

\u201cYKVN is recognized by the market as having one of the most formidable and largest dispute resolution teams in the country. On the local front, the firm captures a sizable share of complex and high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters in the market. Its international arbitration practice is well-established and continues to steadily grow across borders. It has a Singapore office housing highly qualified and experienced lawyers to service its local and regional clients. YKVN\u2019s consistent track record of acting as lead counsel on international arbitrations has resulted in its placement as the only firm in the highest band of our new international arbitration table. The firm\u2019s Vietnam-based litigation team comprises 15 lawyers including seven partners, while the Singapore office is staffed by eight lawyers, four of whom are partners that regularly engage in international arbitration matters at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
