This marks the 13th time in 21 years that YKVN has received the prestigious National Law Firm of the Year award since it was first granted to a Vietnamese law firm.<\/p>\n

In addition to this honor, YKVN advised No Va Land Investment Group Corporation (Novaland), one of the largest real estate developers in Vietnam, on its US$ 300 million financial restructuring<\/a>, which secured the IFLR\u2019s 2025 Deal of the Year – Restructuring award. Our work on Bain Capital’s\u00a0US$ 200 million investment in Masan<\/a> has also been shortlisted for IFLR\u2019s Private Equity Deal of the Year.<\/p>\n

Those achievements highlight YKVN’s excellent services on the occasion of its 25th anniversary<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The awards ceremony took place in Hong\u00a0Kong on 16 April\u00a02025.<\/p>\n
