YKVN advised <\/span>Phenikaa<\/span> on its first Sustainable Fitch-<\/span>ra<\/span>te<\/span>d VND 520 billion social bonds<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”13954″ img_size=”full” css=””][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1732162838039{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]YKVN acted as sole counsel to A&A Green Phoenix Group Joint Stock Company (Phenikaa) on its VND 520 billion issuance of dual-tranche sustainability-linked bonds.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sustainable Fitch, in its second-party opinion, considers Phenikaa\u2019s Sustainable Finance Framework \u00a0transaction \u201c<\/span>to be fully aligned with the ICMA Green and Social Bond Principles and Sustainability Bond Guidelines, and the Loan Market Association, Loan Syndications and Trading Association and Asia Pacific Loan Market Association Green and Social Loan Principles.<\/span><\/i>\u201d More about the second-party opinion <\/span>here<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Phenikaa is also among the very first bond issuers in Vietnam to apply a credit rating to its bond issuance.
